After falling in love with the Algarve in 2018, MARC ILTIS and his family began their relocation adventure the following summer, where they have lived happily ever since.

In 2024, Marc and his family decided to combine their expert knowledge of the region alongside their passion for real estate and launched M I PROPERTIES, with the mission of helping others achieve the same dream.
